BASIS TYPEFACE is a brand new Bauhaus inspired Hebrew typeface, built out of the three basic shapes (circle, rectangle, and triangle).
It includes the entire Hebrew alphabet, numbers, plenty of other useful glyphs and


some opentype features. The Hebrew letters are mainly squared, therefore this typeface contains some historical-cultural inaccuracies and anomalies, yet it still succeeds to remain functional and readable.

Basis typeface was created in order to have
the ablity to construct strong, architectural typographic elements, as shown below in the “Agenda 21” poster collection, exhibited at the Fontief Exhibition in Basel, Switzerland.
