Over 3+ years at Papaya Gaming (2023–2026), I played a key role in expanding and evolving the company's visual identity as the sole Brand, HR and Marketing Graphic Designer in charge.

Papaya Gaming is a global mobile gaming company specializing in skill-based cash competitions. Serving millions of players worldwide, the company develops competitive mobile games that combine engaging gameplay with real-money tournaments.

During my time at Papaya, the company expanded its brand beyond gaming, evolving into a broader entertainment brand with a growing global presence.

Building upon the original brand system  (You're the Good), I was working across Brand, Marketing & Employer Branding, I created scalable visual experiences that strengthened the brand across campaigns, product launches, recruitment, events, internal communications, social media, performance marketing, and physical productions.

My role extended beyond design execution, contributing to strategy, brainstorming, creative planning, and cross-functional collaboration from concept to launch. I also championed the integration of AI into the creative workflow, accelerating ideation and production while maintaining a high standard of craft and brand consistency.

The Brand Identity

The following selection showcases my work as a Brand Designer at Papaya Gaming, spanning campaign and event production, employer branding, presentations, stationery, print and digital collateral, social media, and marketing assets. My role combined brand design, creative direction, and visual storytelling to create engaging experiences that strengthened and expanded Papaya's
visual identity across a wide range of mediums. Beyond design execution, I was actively involved throughout the creative process—from strategy meetings, brainstorming, and creative planning to sprint planning, production, and final execution—working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas from concept to launch.
The Challenge: Papaya evolved from a skill gaming company into a broader entertainment brand, the challenge was to develop a visual language that could grow with the company while remaining bold, recognizable, and adaptable across campaigns, events, productions, and physical environments.

Papaya Racing - Car Design, Merch & Production
My concept was selected as the winning design in an internal competition within Papaya's art department, earning the opportunity to bring it to life as the official race car. The challenge was to create a vehicle identity that immediately felt like Papaya while standing out both on the track and in photography.
The design needed to communicate speed, energy & personality while remaining highly recognizable from a distance. The project spanned concept development, illustrations, merchandise, production, real-world execution & creative direction, bringing a digital concept to life as a fully realized racing experience.

HR Graphic Designer

As the HR Designer at Papaya, I led the creative planning process by facilitating brainstorming sessions, sprint planning meetings, defining all creative goals, and managing the end-to-end visual communication workflow for HR initiatives and then their design & excecution. Whether designing for in-office experiences or outdoor events, I focused on aligning employee experience with Papaya's brand, creating cohesive, engaging, and memorable internal campaigns.

I was responsible for creating engaging visual communications that connected employees with company culture, events & internal initiatives. Every communication was designed in maily two formats, to ensure a consistent experience across touchpoints. My work extended beyond design into creative direction and micro-branding, developing unique visual identities for internal campaigns, celebrations, and welfare initiatives.
Whether designing for in-office experiences or outdoor events, I focused on bridging HR objectives with Papaya's brand and or in-games graphic style & illustrations, and by that creating cohesive and memorable employee experiences.

Marketing Design

As a Marketing Designer at Papaya Gaming, I created high-volume, performance-driven creative assets across the company's portfolio of mobile games, including Solitaire Cash, Bubble Cash, Bingo Cash, and other titles. Working closely with the Marketing, Creative, User Acquisition, Retargeting, and Motion teams, I designed scalable visual systems and campaign assets that supported user acquisition, engagement, retention, and App Store optimization across multiple platforms.
The marketing ecosystem relied on an extensive library of original game illustrations and collectible card artwork created by the Product Illustration team. My role was to transform these assets into compelling marketing campaigns, social content, App Store creatives, feature launches, affiliate banners, and promotional experiences. As our creative workflow evolved,
I helped integrate custom AI models trained on Papaya's illustration style, enabling us to generate new visuals that remained faithful to the brand while significantly accelerating ideation and production.
